Wow, it's been a long time since we have been here! Our family has gone through some major changes over the last couple of years. The most important being that we welcomed a new family member! On July 22, 2011, our family welcomed Allen Dale Cook III "Tripp"! So needless to say we have been busy little Cooks! He is great and the best little addition!
I am finally getting back into some sort of routine now and am finally going to be able to get back to my blogging. Dale and I have really been exploring different types of meals lately and have actually created several new recipes. Most of the food we have been working on have been main courses. I still LOVE to bake and prepare those yummy desserts, but we are going to expand the blog to include these main courses.
Dale has really gotten interested in the cooking thing! It is so nice to have a hubby that is really supportive of the things that I like to do, thankfully eating what we have created is one of the perks. He has gotten pretty good at creating unique dishes himself!
I still have to pick and choose my blogging "moments", so please stay faithful to the blog, I will get things posted as often and with as many pictures as I can! As always, I would love to cook for you, so keep us in mind for your treats or anything else that looks good!
